Naturally leavened orange-flavoured baked cake with a zuppa inglese-flavoured chocolate coating, accompanied by a jar of zuppa inglese spread.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, orange paste 5.6% (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar, natural orange flavouring, sweet orange essential oil, salt, preservative E202, acid E330, zuppa inglese flavouring), zuppa inglese coating 1.1% (sugar, vegetable oils and fats: palm kernel, coconut, sal butter, sunflower; milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E322, colour E104, colour E102).
