Naturally leavened raspberry-flavoured baked cake, accompanied by a jar of strawberry spread.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, raspberry flavouring paste 2.8%, pink coating (sugar, vegetable oils and fats: palm kernel, coconut, sal butter, sunflower; milk whey powder, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier E322, antioxidant E330, natural vanilla flavouring, colour E120, colour E104, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural flavourings).
