Naturally leavened baked cake with dark chocolate chips and a dark coating.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, dark chocolate chips 28% (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier E322), dark coating 1.1% (sugar, palm kernel fat, low-fat cocoa powder 20%, emulsifier E322 sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).
May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soy and nuts.
