Naturally leavened baked cake, flavoured with pistachio and topped with a pistachio coating, accompanied by a jar of pistachio spread.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, pistachio coating 1.1% (sugar, palm kernel fat, partially skimmed milk powder 20%, emulsifier E322 sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, pistachio 20%, sunflower oil, colour E141, colour E100).
May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soy and nuts.
