Naturally leavened baked cake with raisins and candied fruit.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, diced candied orange peel (origin: Italy) 14% (diced orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, acid E330, antioxidant E220), sultanas 14% (non-EU origin).
May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soy and nuts.
