Naturally leavened lemon-flavoured baked cake with a lemon coating, accompanied by a jar of lemon spread.
Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), emulsifier E471, salt, skimmed milk powder, antioxidant E300, alpha-amylase, water, baker’s yeast, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk (from barn-raised hens), butter, lemon paste 4.5% (glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar, flavourings, lemon essential oil, salt, acid E330, preservative E302), lemon coating (sugar, vegetable oils and fats: palm kernel, coconut, sal butter, sunflower; milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E322, lemon essential oil, colour E104, colour E100).
May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, soy and nuts.
